Navy, cobalt, cerulean, cornflower, sapphire, sky, royal, cyan, periwinkle. After thinking of a few of these I found a website that lists 57 shades of blue! Thanks for a fun exercise.

Don't forget Dutch Blue Jeannette, I love that one as well as all of the Blues!

When the kids were little we would rent one of those at the beach just for fun. They love the memories. I think ours were always red though.

I am sure if you checked a crayola box these days there would be a lot of new blue terms!

Greyscale,
Thank you for visiting! Went to your blog and loved all the art I was seeing there!

Kathy,
Whew, I didn't know that there were THAT many blues! What's the website?
Thanks for the visit!

Twain,
Looks really fun to do, huh?

Jane,
You made me laugh - of all people I (underlined) should forget the Dutch blue (since I'm Dutch)!

Rebecca,
Yesterday it was fun browsing the blogs where you have a lot about soccer - didn't realize you were a soccer mom!

Carol,
To me, anything having to do with biking is fun, because I'm coming from the biking country (Holland).
Sorry you miss the beach, hope you get settled soon:)

Dianne,
Than you for visiting! my favorite color is blue, so this meme is fun anyway for me!

Carolyn,
Saw on your blog that you're from CA (I live in the LA area too:) ). Didn't know about the tall ships festival - hope they have that every year?
