SKY AND REFLECTIONS AT NORTH PASS

For Sky Watch
For Weekend Reflections

Amazing beauty at the North Pass. One time we made it to the rocks in the middle. The price for that was sopping wet shoes, but since it was hot that day, it didn't matter.

My computer fried last weekend, so I'm sorry for the wait with comment moderation. I'm back minus the pics I took last and this year. Luckily I had the backup files from my next to last computer!

Lovely picture Jeannette. That is the story of my life - my computer fries sometimes and it is so frustrating.

Jeanette: Looks like a great place to spend a weekend or a few days or longer!

So glad you had your files backed up. It would be a shame to lose such beautiful photos.

The stream looks peaceful and refreshing.

LG Tina,
Thanks so much, dear Friend!

Weaver,
Thanks, Weaver! What is even scarier is how addicted I am to the computer, lol!

Carolyn,
Good to see you here:) With your love for nature, I think you'll like it!

Rudee,
Love that raw beauty, high in the mountains!
I still lost the last year of pics though, boohoo.

Sorry for your trouble.
I love places like that and I love to cross small creeks. I used to have an extra pair of trainers with for that on longer hikes, after I got terrible feet while walking with them wet.

You can save the scene not only by using your camera...

So good.

Beautiful mountain hike shots!

Man, I hate that when the computer fries. If/when I have to sort through the photos on my backup disk, I think I'll just cry. At least we have them.

It's amazing, indeed! And it makes me feel hydrated now that the summer heat is staying longer.

Beautiful sight. I would hate for my computer to fry, but I have several photo backups on 3 kinds of media. What I need to do is catalog which several programs do but it is time consuming.

two are Photoshop Elements and Roxio.

What a beautiful spot and photograph. Even more so, when I enlarged it!

Liz,
Thank you, and also for your visit!

Carola,
What a great idea! Was just lucky that the weather was not cold!!

Rainfield,
Yeah, I started making a painting of this spot, but never finished it:)

Sallie,
It's so easy to forget to keep the backup up to date! That's what I did, so I still lost a lot of pics
:(

Lina,
Thanks so much -beauty is incredible here!

Ladyfi,
What boggles my mind is that this is close to 9000 feet!

Mama,
Thank you! And also for visiting!

Marlene,
Isn't it interesting that just looking at water makes you feel refreshed?

Eileen,
Just this particular scene has soo many possibilities for paintings in it!!

Nitwit,
Yes, I would hate to miss Photoshop! But what is Roxio?

Patrick,
Every been to Yosemite? -it's a "must" for a Californian:):)

What a lovely setting. I am sure it was worth getting soggy shoes for.
