I love it!!!
My mom names her plants after who gave them to her, or what they remind her of ... there's the "Martha Tree", "Gramma's Roses", the "climbing tree", and the "Rosie Bush" and more. I don't even know most of them by their botanical names!
I really like this idea, because I never ever know the 'real' names of plants (I didn't even when we used to actually garden. As soon as we planted them, I forgot!)
These are so gorgeous!
I talk to my plants, too....only worry when they talk back....
Beautiful rose collection! Mango Sherbert, cute name.
So cool! I like their pretty names:)

My entry.
I don't name them but my mother did. She'd love your names. I especially like the Popover roses. That reminded me of my mother and how she would have laughed. Popovers were a specialty of hers. Thanks for the memory :)

The "orange mango sorbet" has always been my favorite. Something about that color combinations just makes me melt.

Hey Jesh,
Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a nice comment.
Your blog is neat. I enjoyed looking at your paintings. They are pretty!
I am study Radiography. I've been busy lately studying structures and functions of every part of the human bones. Going out with my family such as hiking and driving up to the mountain help me relax. I am also taking painting class too. I am enjoying it.
Hope you have a wonderful weekend.
Hugs,
Tess

hi !
I like very much the work you did on that picture of rose, and the way you explain here how you went from picture to painting is awesome.
I've answered to you question on my blog : http://lunedemaledaumon.blogspot.fr/2012/10/vetements-de-travail.html?showComment=1352059595536#c8531440107806339339
