Go down these stairs and sit at a nice bench
and let the light and the dark clouds float by
the heavy and the fluffy ones
do you hear music
from far away places
on instruments you may not know?
or let the world go by when you follow
the Koi fish on their journey.

How lovely, I think I'd like to sit and watch the clouds and smell the roses whilst listening to music! Sounds perfect to me:)
Coucou Jeanette;o)
Loved your post and hope you are enjoying your weekend too;o)

À bientôt*******
wonderful pictures...it is a dreary ,rainy fall day here and those pictures are bright and lovely
I'll keep these roses for tomorrow that used to be a blue Monday.
Hello Jeannette! Some lovely photos - I like the koi fish one the best. Is your header a painting or is it a photo?
Keep well :)
Sreddy
Thank you for a great post and for the roses:)/Maria
Thank you for the roses and such a tranquil post.;) Hope you are having a lovely Sunday,
xoxo
That was nice, Jeannette. Thank you for the enjoyment. I especially liked the Koi. They are always so pretty to look at. The bench under the gazebo was also very nice, what a good place to sit down. I like it when you share your photos with us. I must do that more often too.
What a lovely quiet adventure for my Sunday morning. Thank you, Jeanette. I especially enjoyed the music...the pipes are as haunting, I think, as the scent of my rose.
Thank you for the roses, the thoughts, and the music, Jeannette. THey are beautiful and I'm sure will keep your readers cheerful the whole week. Have a pleasant week ahead to you too.
Great photos! You ask the right questions! Yes I like sketching better, then adding some color.
Hummmmm...you smart thing
Vicki
What a pleasant place! Thanks for sharing.
Rosie,
For me it is similar to when you go on one of your trips that you post on your blog! (other people's trips are always better than your own -smile:) )
Cildemer,
Thank you! We made a little trip today we always do once a month, to get the Dutch delicatessen that I can't do without:) Have a great week!
Twain,
I put this post together at midnight, and Sunday turned out to be rainy too - how funny! but I wouldn't it allow it to dampen my mood. Hope there's something good happening for you this week!
Rainfield,
Great idea to keep the roses till tomorrow! So that means you won't be blue, but you'll have a very colorful Monday:)
Sreddy,
Hey, good to hear from you! Quess it means you have a school break? My header is a photo that I played around with in photo shop:)
Maria,
Thank you! In a way it's the European way to spend a Sunday, isn't it?
Zuzanna,
Thank you -it was nice today for me too. Still adjusting to wearing a jacket outside:)
Irene,
Thank you friend! I do the pics, because I don't have the story telling ability you have:) Hope you have a great week!
Stephanie,
Thank you friend! If I had had more time I would have posted a video, my the idea for this post came after midnight:)
Eki,
Thank you, Eki! Very pleased that you like roses too (in Holland it's okay to give a male friend roses for his birthday - but in the USA, that would be awkward:))
Vicki,
I spent a lot of years and a pockets full of money to be able to ask the right questions (look at my "about me" story and you'll know what I mean:) )
Bytheway, in art I hope that you continue with what you like best! (also with art there's peer pressure...)
Jen,
You're welcome! The place was Huntington Library Gardens, which is as good as a botanical garden, but with books and paintings!
Roses, music and koi, sounds like heaven.
They're all lovely photos. For myself, I think I'll take a bit of time to ponder the clouds and smell the roses.
Beautiful shots! I can almost smell the roses.
Jeannette: Just a lovely post! Thanks for sharing it.

Evelyn,
This was I believe in Quang Zhou, and I told hubby and son to wait for me, cause I saw those instruments-so I just had to take their pic before we would enter the mall:)
