A funny blue saying on a tile. Funny, especially in light of my work. For Midweek Blues, hosted by Rebecca. Click on the Midweek Blues image to see beautiful Amish quilts.

Hubby took this on top of Vernal Falls - he's hiking while I'm painting in Yosemite National Park, CA.  For waterywednesday.blogspot.com hosted by 2sweetnsaxy

A very simple fountain in the flower and herb garden of the museum. Do you see the moving water makes the markings on the stones?

Love the quote sometimes I feel that way. the photos you shared are beautiful. I would think that spring would have arrived already where you are. It has certainly sprung here in Georgia and I have been posting spring pics for a couple of weeks now.
I hope you are enjoying the weather where you are no matter what it is

Yes I miss my mind too. But then I don't know what else I am missing because I can't keep track. Blissful ignorance.

I would like to have that tile in a number of places in my house. HA HA

Maybe the kitchen as I don't like to cook. I could point to the tile--Enough said!!!!

I like the quote although it's the kind of saying that in some contexts strikes me as too true rather than funny...

Love the fountain picture... Seems like a good place to sit and think! :)

Are you painting outdoors? And the weather is okay for that? How lovely!

I've been missing my mind for years; if anyone finds it let me know.

I love that tile, Jeanette. You look so good in hats. I particularly like the photo of you wearing the blue hat in your sidebar.

Enjoy your family this week!

Thanks for your comments. The picture is taken in Bangkog far away fro most of the tourists.

Johnina,
It was because I live in the city that I couldn't see spring , but when I took the 7 hour trip I just came back from I know everything is green, in bloom, just like Spring should be:)

Ewok,
That's funny that you also thought of posting from Yosemite!

Patrick,
Yeah, I never could have come up with that myself, since I'm mindless most of the time:)

Jose Ramon,
So sorry that I have no way of finding out what you're saying...

Lois,
Thank you! Now I'm back -I had a great time!

Shydub,
Thanks for visiting! Agree with you -the most simple things can bring peace, joy, etc.

EGWow,
From your blog my sense is that the tiems that you're missing your mind is only sporadically!

Naturefootstep,
From looking at your blog, I can say we are both very privileged to live in such beautiful areas!

Rebecca,
Haha -yes, ignorance is bliss. But then, when one has kids still living in the house, your brain has to work overtime all the time!

Gerald,
Thank you for visiting! Also the primitive has a certain beauty:)

Irene,
Always a pleasure to see your professional work!

Shirley,
Thank you for visiting and wishing me well! I had a great week:)

Nitwit1,
Oh,even though you don't like to cook, I hope you get to eat:):)

Monika,
Yes, it would be nice to have that fountain on the deck (for the ones who don't have a yard) or backyard:)

Kerry,
Right now the weather is okay for painting outside -I'll show a pic of that in one of my next posts:)
From the looks of your blog, you have your mind more than you think:)

Anki,
Thank you and also for visiting my blog:)

Rudee,
Thank you, Friend! -don't know where I picked up my love for hats (in my fam. of origin they never wore hats).

Fotokarusellen,
Thank you for replying to my question -you're right, Bangkok is a little too far:) so, thank you for sharing!

Dianne,
That tile is maybe a reminder that so many of us feel that way:)

Carletta,
Thank you! I had a great week -one highlight was teaching one of my grand kids to teach a new knitting stitch:)

Luna Miranda,
Thank you dear Friend! I think the tile has the same effect on almost everyone:)

Miriam,
Thank you for visiting! -since I don't know Spanish or Portugese (a little French only) -are you saying that the pictures are good?

Marvin,
Yeah -so true (about the tile). Since you seem to have a big yard, you could do something like that in your own yard!
