My friends from Holland were so nice to leave me
their pics on my computer when they left.
How can a Dutchman visit Los Angels and not see one of the cultural sites?
It's an ingrained part of their (and my) middle class way of life!
The sunset makes the Pillars of the Ghetty museum a perfect yellow.

I was just at the Getty a couple of weeks ago. Beautiful place!!!!
I was out in L.A. to visit my nephew, had a great time :)
That looks like a great place to sit and have a coffee. I was never fortunate enough to go there. I missed a lot.
I can't believe we've never been there as many times as we've been to Los Angeles. Next time!!!

Jeanette, How lucky are you to live that close to Coronado Island--what a fun little place to go. I loved the Hotel del Coronado too. What a lovely, historic hotel. The Ghetty looks like a great place to visit--nice angle looking down on the patio. Have a great week. Mickie :)

San Diego as a whole is a great place to have a little vacation - so many places to visit! Acually more places than L.A. (except for when you're a Hollywood fan or Beverly Hills fan, lol)
